Brother Khalimah you seem like a wise brother;I need your [somebody's]help. I am a sister who lives in Cleveland,Ohio. After the success of the Million Man March I started to pay a little attention to the Nation of Islam. I have always been a strong believer in Christianity;I was raised on this religion. After the march I was wondering "Why hasn't a black Christian leader been able to call a million(plus) black men in a peaceful assembly?" After the Million Family March (at which two of my favorite stars appeared-Whitney Houston and Puffy Combs)I started to consider going to my local mosque to learn more about Islam. I thought "If one man [Louis Farrakhan]can pull off two historical marches he must be backed by GOD!"(I want to be on the "right side in these "last days"). Now after reading the messages on this message board about Mosque #18,I don't know what to do now. At first I was thinking that the messages from the brothers might be out of jelousy and envy for the officals and minister. But after reading the messages from Sister C. and Sister So and so I don't know what to think about the Nation of Islam. I don't think I am going to go to the mosque now. I am starting to see thru the falsehood of Christianity but now I don't know where to go. Maybe my husband and I will maybe try Buddhism. Does anyone know anything about Buddhism on this Website?
