Brother. I can not understand how black women are able to succeed in corporate america and why most balck men can not. I get the gist of the debate that says the white male jsut wants to be around her more than us but I thirst for some concrete studies of this reality. I mean where I work the sisters get along great with the white co-workers while I struggle. The sisters close better contracts with higher slaes numbers week after week. And I "sell by telephone." The most attractive ones that are here turn there noses up at me and accept the flirtatious remarks of white male co-workers. I am now ever more shock at the numbers of "supremely attractive sisters walking arm n arm with white males." How does she psycologically adjust so well and the black man not do the same? This is true look at OPRAH being the wealthiest in America of us. Are there any books I can read that delve into this? I have a feeling that she is manipulated by the white man with the same psycology skill of a "pimp." But since I do not understand either I hate the feeling I have of not knwoing why?
